My name is Sivaram. I am from Chennai. I came to know about AVN Arogya through a colleague of mine. He had taken treatment here for something like a disc bulge with lower back pain. He told me to come here. I had some pain like his as well. I had seen a number of doctors, but none of them could tell me why I was getting this back and neck pain. Sometimes I had pain in my legs too. So I came here once to see Dr. Biju. There is a system here where the junior doctors first ask about your state of health. It was a long process in which they asked about my pain, what treatments I had tried for it and what medicines I had taken. After that I met Dr. Biju and we discussed it, and he gave me the confidence that it could be treated. He suggested staying here and taking treatment for ten days. So I went back. I had to plan for those ten days. I came back a month later. The whole process of being admitted to the hospital, spending time here, having the treatment, coordinating everything else — all of it was easy here. It does not feel like a hospital. It feels rather like an outing. The doctors were very supportive. They told me from the beginning what I could expect in those ten days. When I came here I certainly had pain. Now the pain is more or less settled. They have suggested that I take some rest, which I am to do after going home. They have given me the confidence that after that I will be completely well. One of the main benefits of coming here is that the kind of staff available here are extremely helpful. It really does not feel like a hospital. From the moment you book your stay here, and after you arrive, which treatments you are to have — everything is done with a proper process. They work in an organised way, from your waking up in the morning to your going to sleep. I would advise everyone to consider this hospital. I think it will be a good decision for you tomake.
