Hello, my name is Shankar. I come from Trichy. This hospital was referred to me by a relative of mine. I had had a bit of a knee problem for nearly three or four years. Pain, and a catch. I tried different allopathy and everything. Finally, because he told me, I came here and was admitted. I have been taking treatment here for the last 10 days. Comparatively — that is, of everything I have taken so far, this is very good. Especially the chief doctor at the hospital, Biju, and his assistant doctors. The nurses, and besides that even from the doctor to even the cleaner, everybody gives service very humbly and very well. What I liked very much about being in this hospital is that it is very organised. That is, from one department to another it is very organised. You do not have to struggle for anything. They do everything on time. Even from the people who give water to the doctors, if you look, the way they look after you — you would not get a service like that even at home. Beyond that, the treatment, especially our therapy — when you go there, the way they look after you is very much like looking after a child; it is very good. At every step they tell you very well, do it like this, be like this. So if you ask my personal opinion and feedback, I was very satisfied with taking this treatment completely.
