My name is Senthil Kumar. I come from Madurai, from Othakadai. I had back pain and neck pain for about ten years. That is why I came to this hospital. I had already heard about Dr. Biju. Dr. Biju sir works here. He also works at the TVS hospital. So because he works at the TVS hospital in Madurai, it was through him, through friends there, that I got to know of it. I am in the emergency line of work. I came here and consulted the doctor for about ten days. He said I should stay about ten days. So I should be an inpatient, he said, and it can be put right. So, because I thought that no side effects would arise, I was admitted there. Likewise in the time of Corona, this Corona period. In the Corona period they do all sorts of tests and only let in those who are not Covid-19 positive. Whether it is the people accompanying, or the admission, or the patient being admitted, nobody at all should have Covid-19. They continually follow the procedures for that. Using sanitiser, wearing gloves, then wearing masks, wearing shields — all the staff are protected. They make us feel protected too. They give us this daily, they give us masks. They give the masks themselves. So as far as Covid-19 goes, getting a hospital like this in thisperiod makes one feel it is special.
