Transcript of the video above. Translated from Tamil.

This is Prem. I have come from Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam district. I have come to AVN for ankylosing spondylitis. I have come to take treatment for it. Now, as to why I came to AVN, there is a long history. At first I was taking only allopathic treatment. In the beginning the pain was very, very severe. So it took us a long time even to get it diagnosed in allopathy. I took allopathy, and after that, step by step, I tried Siddha and a great many things. Nowhere did I get the right treatment. Only after about three years did I come to know that AVN existed. It was only after that that I had a good relief. Earlier it was very difficult even to lie down or walk. After that, once I came here — they provide medicine and even tele-consultancy here. It was through that that I first consulted AVN. Dr. Biju is a very genuine sort. He is the kind who, if there is a problem, will tell you whether it can be done or not. That is a very, very important thing in a hospital. That is what I liked very much about AVN. They took great care. Even during this Corona period they gave good tele-consultancy, and for coming here a Covid test, good sanitising and a restricted area were all provided. Nobody can just come in. You could only come in after sanitising. So the environment here is very, very good too. For the treatment they have been giving this oil massage and things of that kind. But step by step — even if there is no improvement one day, on another day the improvement comes. It was a gradual, linear improvement like that. So AVN is the best for treating ankylosing spondylitis. Whatever the therapy, the therapist will play the major role, and for me they were Silvan and Sriram. They were very communicative. All through the treatment they spoke well and brought me into a good frame of mind. Next, the staff here were very, very supportive. It is no small thing — if you needed hotwater or some medicine, at whatever hour, they were supportive and did it well without ever getting annoyed. Thank you.
