We come from Kodaikanal. My name is Peter Sundar Raj. From about the fifth of April my leg suddenly became unable to walk. Likewise my arm stopped working. There was a constant numbness in the stomach, and at that time we went and were seen at Mariappan Devadas Hospital. After being seen there they said an operation had to be done. After that we said, let us go and be seen at AVN, and we came here. We had heard of AVN. Because we had already heard that two of our cousins had come here and taken good Ayurvedic treatment and been well, we came to this hospital. We came here and saw Dr. Biju. The good manner of everyone who saw us gave us a great deal of happiness. Secondly, the doctors — in every way, at that time, they did all my treatment properly. Likewise the rooms were very comfortable. The services, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner — how a patient should be well attended to. Thirdly, the cleaning was all very good. And then all those in the treatment who do the massage. They were seeing to a patient well, with good behaviour and good habits. How to take a patient along, how to bring them back, what they should do — they said it and did it well. And then the tablets and medicine were all given at the right time. As for the enquiring, those madams came from time to time and asked how all the services are, whether you like something, whether you do not like something, whether something is wanted, and impressed us well. I liked my treatment very much. Since I came, I now walk. There is a confidence that it will become better still. I have been here 15 days. In 15 days there was no shortcoming of any kind. Otherwise they at once made use of what we said, whether the tea service or the biscuit stall placed outside. If it had been done well they opened it at once and did it. Not only that — in the coming days, if a good ice cream shop and a good cool drinks shop were putin for patients, there would be a further good improvement. There could be a further good improvement, to the point where nobody has to go outside the hospital for anything. All the good doctors did it well. I am very happy. Here I had a good approach.
