My name is Ravi. My mother is Mahalakshmi. For more than the past nine months she had pain in her joints. Because of it she could not walk. She struggled a great deal. Initially we thought it was ordinary — that there would be ordinary pain, that it comes with age. Then, as the days went on, the pain increased. We consulted allopathy; we consulted them then. Everyone gave their opinion. But there was actually no progress. No good progress. So what we understood, to a reasonable extent, was that there were no external issues; that internally there was some problem. That was when I thought that for an internal problem, if you went to Ayurveda or Siddha, there was a chance of getting good treatment, and that allopathy does not suit to that extent. So I began enquiring. Then, relatives of ours who are here told us about AVN Arogya. So we came and consulted, we came here and asked for an opinion. Dr. Biju helped us with everything. Initially he went right down to the ground and did a good examination — I actually liked very much the way he understood and diagnosed the problem. I liked his way of diagnosing very much. Going down step by step, diagnosing the problem and saying this is what you have — he could not actually conclude at first, initially. But the diagnosing was something I liked very much. So he suggested some testing. We did some testing. So they understood the problem. So they asked us to admit her. She was admitted. So today is almost the sixteenth day. When we came, my mother struggled greatly to walk. She struggled terribly with every single movement. Now she is able to walk somewhat freely. She walks casually with the support elderly people use, but she is actually very free. You could not take a video here. But if you take the video taken earlier and compare her face then with her face now, you can actually see a clear difference in her. You can see theclarity in her face. All the things that come with being in pain are gone for her now. The pain has almost completely reduced, by 90%. So they have said the remaining 10% can be set right with the tablets. So we are hoping for the best. So we are discharging her. — How do you feel? — The doctors look after us well. All of it is good. Only the nurses could be a little more, sir, and it would be good. We are well. Otherwise, everything for us — we do it in the belief that if we come here it will come right. We could say to two people, go to this place, they will look after you well, they will do it well, even your cold will get better — it is that good for us. — As you said you liked it, the environment is far better. You will not have that hospital-expectation feeling. I can certainly say that. I have been to other hospitals. I have done it for relatives and friends, all of them. But here that environment is not the same. Sometimes my friends and my brothers said, have you come to a resort? they actually asked. So that is how much of that feel there is. So, good environment. I like it. If I want to rate them, out of 5 I would give 4.5. The 5 is always for improvement areas, right. We would call the 0.5 improvement, because day by day there will keep being improvement. That is what we are going to give, and that is what they say. So we are good in that.
