My name is Karthik. My father's name is Sethu. I come from near Sivagangai. A PVC pipe fell on my father while he was in Malaysia. So we had a scan taken outside and came straight here. We had had my grandfather here before. So we brought my father here too. A nerve problem; they said the nerve had been crushed. We came at once. When we came we saw Biju sir. He saw him and said it could all be put right. When we asked about going outside, they said they would operate. So we stayed here. Now it is reasonably all right; there has been improvement. We came for my grandfather, we came for my grandfather. For you, in about ten days it had been totally damaged. My grandfather then got up and walked. He even came that day. They did all of this. The nurses and everyone are superb. The maintenance is all superb. The doctor comes at night however late you call. In that position he could not even stretch out his arm. Now the arm can reach this far. The arm can reach fully on this side, fully on that side. And the massage is all neat and good. The hospital is nice and neat. Everything is okay. Now you could say it is a good eighty or ninety per cent. Everything is that good.
