Transcript of the video above. Translated from Tamil.

My name is Mangala Kalyani. I live in Chennai. From Chennai I had been taking treatment for knee joint pain, back pain and neck pain. For about ten years I had been going for other treatment, in allopathy. It would ease at the time with a painkiller, but otherwise no recovery came. Then, as the pain kept growing acute and I asked what I should do, they said there was no other way for the joint pain — they told me to go for an operation, a transplantation. I did not want to go down that road; I did not want it. Looking for what treatment there was apart from an operation, my friends in Chennai had been going for Ayurvedic treatment. There are a great many branches of it and I did not know which one to go to. I had no ideas about it either. But I kept gathering information — that one could go for something like this, that there were no side effects. And when they said no operation was needed, that appealed to me. So while I was gathering information, my friend Chitra in Bangalore was the one who had told me two years earlier. She said, there is a hospital like this in Madurai, 83 years old, doing this. Go there. She had been for treatment at its Bangalore branch for various other complications of hers. She said it had completely resolved for her, so go — she told me two years earlier. But at that time I kept it in mind and did not take any step. Then she kept insisting. Their sir, Ramesh Warrier, is a school classmate of ours. She had met him personally, been introduced, and said our friend has recovered well, you go. I kept that in mind. Then my cousin sister is in Singapore. She comes here regularly now for joint pain. She referred Dr. Biju. Having done so, she has been following up with me for six months. She said, go, mine is getting better. I come once every six months now, and I feel my body and mind are very, very relaxed. So my friend introduced me and sent me.But by insisting, she got me this far — daily phone calls. Even now, daily phone calls for feedback. She said, this very doctor referred me, tell them Dr. Biju, and she told me to join. Only after I joined did she leave me alone. And after coming here I regretted not having joined earlier, because it has recovered that much for me — the pain. I came for the knee pain. But as that grew acute, back pain and neck pain had set in. All of it has reduced now. Another thing is that my mind is very relaxed. I did not know how much mental and physical strain I had been under. I realised it after coming here. In two weeks my mind and body have been thoroughly rejuvenated. They have relaxed. And I have learned a great many do's and don'ts. They gave me a lot of instructions at the hospital. The teamwork here is amazing. A to Z, from housekeeping right up to Dr. Ramesh Warrier, the MD, and Dr. Biju — whom to name and whom to leave out, such teamwork; the nurses, the therapists. Maintaining cleanliness without a sound, a silent teamwork, excellent teamwork, and love and care that nobody can match. I have been to so many hospitals. On one side there is how much money we pay and how costly it is — even so, allopathy is costlier than this — but this love and care and personal attention. Now I am going; my discharge is today. You ask whether I feel about going — I do actually feel about going. It is homelier than home here. This is no exaggeration at all. I will certainly miss it. To think that we get this much love and care. I came exhausted, and I am going rejuvenated and relaxed now. It is like going to your mother's house.
