Peace be upon you. My name is Junaitha Abdul Saleem. I have come from Thoothukudi district. I have had back pain for ten years. What happened with that back pain is that over the last month the pain came down into my leg. It came down and caught in the nerves like a bad nerve pain. So I took ever so much treatment. I took physiotherapy treatment and it did not respond. After that — I had known this hospital existed since 2018. At that time I came and took treatment for pain in the sole of my foot. But I could not continue. Then, now that the pain had become very bad, I came here about 16 days ago. I came to take treatment. Ayurvedic treatment. I knew nothing at all about this. But it was only after coming here that I knew. It was good; they gave the treatment well. Much oil medicine, herbal medicine. They gave a lot of medicine and a lot of treatment. And I liked that treatment wholeheartedly. They gave the treatment well too. Likewise, if I am to speak of the doctors, all of them spoke very kindly. All doctors, with patients — generally no doctor will speak with a smile. They all speak rather irritably. But here all the doctors come to the patients with a nice smiling face and kindly ask what your problem is, daily. They come daily and ask how it is and what it is; that is what I liked very much about the doctors. And then if I am to speak of their therapists, truly all the young people looked after us well. Nobody pulls a face and nobody gets angry, even while giving the therapy. They gave the treatment well with a good, whole heart, and I liked that very much. And then if we said we needed something else, they did it for us immediately. That too, as far as this hospital's treatment goes, I liked very much. It was good. When I came my pain was very bad. I came with pain, to the extent that I could not walk. I would say that having come, I have got better. What thedoctors say is that with the rest you take at home, the food you eat, the physiotherapy in that — that is where you will fully recover, they say. I too am in that confidence. Above all there is God. If God wills, it will certainly be healed. Thank you.
