There is good caring. Generally what we expect at a hospital is just four things: kindness, politeness, caring and transparency in billing. That is what we expect. If you look at this, all four of them are very good at this hospital. If you look at the nurses' approach, they are very caring, and the hospital employees are very polite too. When I came into the hospital they follow the Covid norms exactly. They check whether you have a mask, they check the temperature. They check how much oxygen you have. Even if an attendant is coming, they only allow them in if they have had a PCR test. Because I had completed both vaccinations, they allowed me in only after checking the certificate. Following the Covid norms exactly is one thing. That they follow the government rules in full is something to appreciate. Apart from that, if you look at the treatment — as far as the oil massage goes, over an hour, they are all excellent therapists; a good oil massage nicely and neatly for an hour with that warm oil, and after that what they called the milk treatment, and they gave that warm milk treatment aswell. Morning one hour, evening one hour. When you see that, in those one or two to three days itself, you start to see a difference to some extent. A moderate difference. After one week, when you go, a good relief. It's a home away from home. The doctor is very kind. That Dr. Biju especially, I want to thank him personally. The reason is that I stayed 7 days. On all 7 days he came to my room and saw me properly and asked all the details of what and how, and looked at how much relief there was and asked how far this oil massage treatment had reduced the problem for me. A good relief for me. When compared to allopathy I feel far better now. Another two months until this treatment medication is given. This will continue. I hope I will be all right very soon.
