Greetings, my name is Dinesh, and I am quite closely connected with Ayurveda, because I found a relationship in the form of Dr. Rajeev. All the knowledge of Ayurveda he gave me, the medicine he gave, the treatment he did — to this day I have had the full benefit of it. Because of that the relationship kept growing, and I moved away from allopathy and now place my trust only in Ayurveda. And the result is that I first came here in 1999, before him. It was being built then, coming up. After that I came here in 2011, by which time it had developed considerably. And I had very good experiences here. The doctors were good; Dr. Rajeev of course, but the doctors under him were so good that I enjoyed being treated by them so much that I never felt any distance, never felt I was in a hospital. I felt I was in my own home. And recently too I have been here since Monday, from the 12th, and today is my last day. But even in these five days I have had such a good experience that I cannot tell you — whether it is the doctors or their assistants or their team of doctors, they are so extraordinary that at no point anywhere do they let me feel that I am alone or that I have any problem. They ask me whether I have any trouble, and it feels so good that my troubles go away, whether physical or mental, and a sense of belonging begins. Secondly, their backup team, such as the massage therapists who do the massage, are so good. I have had a good experience of two of them: one is Mr. Anand and the other is Mr. Manishekhar. They give such good treatment; they are with me for an hour and a half, but they keep asking me all the while, sir, are you comfortable? It feels so good that there is a pleasure of its own in having the treatment. And the reason I feel well today, the reason I feel good, is this sense of belonging these people have, and the style of treatment, which is very good. IfAyurveda is to be taken forward, learn it from them. Secondly, I saw that coming here, whether it is the food, the meals or the breakfast, you get it so tasty. I have seen a great many hospitals in Bombay, big hospitals, where the patient touches the food once and does not touch it a second time. But here I enjoy the food so much that I want to commend the chef here and the kitchen staff. Truly, if a patient is to get well, then the food that goes into our body must be good and the patient will get well sooner, and it is a very good thing that all the kitchen staff here — I congratulate them — the food is excellent. A person eats it wholeheartedly, and another reason I am well today is this good food. And the third thing, I saw the general staff too, whether the housekeeping staff or the quality department; they come and talk so nicely and ask whether you need anything, whether you feel anything is lacking. You do not feel in the slightest that you are an outsider. My only regret is how quickly these five days went. But I would tell anyone, and my friends too, to come here once and enjoy the Ayurveda and the stay here. What they do not get in allopathy, they will get here. So I congratulate AVN, I congratulate Dr. Rajeev and his team on having brought such a good name to Ayurveda. They have accreditation here, and one day their name will spread all over the world.
