Hello, my name is Brinda Balachander. I am 33 years old. I have been born and brought up in Chennai but I come from, I'm living right now in Germany along with my husband and my son. I've come here for treatment of my back pain. purely based on the recommendation of my father who has already come here three times over the last two years also for treatment of his back problem. He highly recommended this place particularly because of the quality of services provided here. and how well the doctor treated him. He very specifically recommended or told me to go to Dr. Birju Madhavan for the treatment since he is known to be a back specialist. So when I came here, I specifically asked to be under his care and I found him extremely good as he took lot of... me the amount of time that I needed to explain my concerns and problems to him. He took the time to understand what exactly it is that I am looking for in terms of treatment, and also set realistic expectations in terms what it is he will be able to address in the 21 days of my stay here. I would say I find the doctors here extremely caring because they visit you every day and also periodically throughout the day often, and they make it a point to regularly get feedback from the patient after every treatment to find out how effective they found it and whether the pain level has increased or decreased. and they regularly modify the treatment based on that. I find it extremely good over here, the fact that they get updates on a daily basis even. I also find the nurses extremely caring over here. Often when they come to check if I have water or anything, I tell them that I have more than enough but insist on changing it saying no madam, it is very important for you to drink warm water. So please don't worry about wasting it. We will give you fresh water and they always make it a point to have a small conversation with you so that you feel like you're at home. I find the food staff also very good. I would highly or I would like to praise Sumati madam. It seems like she's running a one-woman show over here. um running the entire food department on her own she also made it a point to come to me and constantly check if the quantity of food being provided is fine if it has it is as per the tastes of my liking i would also like to yes i found the therapists here also extremely good They always check with you if the pressure that they are applying during the massages and treatment or the level of heat is comfortable or not. And they make modifications accordingly. So I find them extremely considerate. The quality department always made a visit without fail every day. At the moment I spoke about any issues, the very next day it was attended to without having to remind them about anything again and they also always came to make sure that it had been attended to. Talk about the patient care executive department, they're very efficient with regard to preparing the bills and taking care of the finances and also checking to see how they can arrange to send the medicines. I find them very prompt with that and the reception desk as well. If there is anything you need in terms of any taxi services or anything, they are ever ready to help and provide you those services. So all in all I would like to say that the AVN Arogya Ayurvedic Hospital particularly in Madurai because I have come here for the treatment so I can talk only about my experience in this place. I found it top notch. and I would like to say in one sentence if i have to summarize this is a home away from home thank you
