My name is Bhuvana and I come from Thirumangalam. At first, because of my back pain, I went to a lot of hospitals. After that, since as far as our allopathy went they said an operation, we said all right and selected Ayurvedic treatment. When we were selecting, one of our relatives had taken treatment here. Then, after coming here, my treatment was oil and this and that, and the enema. When they first gave that sort of thing it felt odd. After that, once they had given it, the feelings inside us were somewhat better. And then in the treatment there was a lot of variety; even though at first it felt painful, afterwards there was a good reduction. There was a reduction in the pain. With the treatment I have had now, about 75% of the pain has reduced. Sir has said that if I follow the treatment well for about1 month, with the treatment taken here, given the condition we are in at home there will be a good improvement, and the way they said it was really good, I liked it. All right, we will follow it too, and I have done it now, and how much — it used to hurt when I sneezed at the back. That pain is not there at all now. In that itself I have a confidence in my mind that it will come right. And then, if you look, here every single member, from the housekeeping to the therapists who come to us — that is, at some hospitals, just seeing the way people speak is an irritation to us. Here everyone's speech is right; they all speak well and treat you well. The therapist who came to me too — I think she is Kasthuri — treated me well. Likewise each day after the treatment was finished we would come, and from bringing the medicine onwards, every attender looked after us well. And then they come for feedback. If we say something about anything, the next day you come and correct it; in that respect I liked it very much. Likewise the housekeeping. From the physiotherapy onwards, every single person — for us it is ladies who are the therapists. Whoever it is, when you see them, that smiling — everyone, at the nursing station too, from the person who comes to give a tea, I liked everyone's way. Mainly Biju sir, who treated me — that way he has of approaching the patient with us was really very good. And then Karthika ma'am under him treated me well too.
