My name is V. Balasubramanian. I live at Keeraithurai in Madurai. I had neck pain, back pain and rather bad knee pain. My friend lives at Venkateswara Colony in the town. It was he who said, go to the AVN Hospital at Vilachery, sir, it will heal well and purely. It was on his advice that I came here. To the AVN Hospital, to the AVN Hospital at Vilachery — when we came and were coming inside, we saw the security and spoke to them, and at once they informed the room here. The doctor there asked all the details on the phone and called us in. The doctor saw me. Having seen me he said, sir, if you take about 14 days of treatment we can heal it purely. And then there are exercises; if you follow them properly it will be good, sir, he said. When I came it was rather hard for me to walk. At present, after sir saw me, then when it came to bed admission they said a Corona test and some other test had to be taken; we took all of that, and only after taking it was there the admission. They did the temperature test on the hand and all of it. Having seen to it they admitted me. When they did the bed admission the therapists gave the treatment properly. All the nurses here brought the medicines to their work properly and gave them correctly, and improved things. Now with the treatment I have had relief little by little, and today it has been 14 days. If you take my neck pain, nearly 80% of it has been resolved for me, you see. The back pain is the same, 80%. And this knee pain has healed 90% for me. Now I walk reasonably well, you see. The doctor who saw to my treatment was Arun sir. He attended to it well, you see. He attended, and the therapists came to the room. They would take me along. They would take me along and do the oil treatment, the giving of fomentation, and they did all of this properly. Likewise they would bring me back from the room to my room. So otherwise all thetreatments were of good quality. I express my thanks to the AVN Hospital, set out in these urgent times.
