Hello. My name is Ayyammal and I have been admitted at AVN. Now my 14 days are complete and I am going to be discharged. As for how it was for me as soon as I stepped inside here — a peaceful atmosphere. Because we come out of a lot of tension. As soon as I stepped in here, that greenish garden, that clean campus, gave me a good peacefulness in itself. After that, when we were admitted it was after seeing Dr. Biju that we were admitted. Through his kindness he analysed what it was and decided all the therapy we needed. Under him there were Ariya ma'am and Gopitha ma'am. They came morning and evening and whenever, consulted us and gave us therapy. Another thing is that if I had a small problem, whether I told the doctor sir or told ma'am or told the therapist, or even if I told one of the other attendants, everyone would correlate it and the message would reach everyone, and my being given the treatment through that is what I liked very much. Nobody ever asked, oh, did you say that to them? Whenever a message was given to anyone, the next time, whoever came to see you — whether they came in the evening from the catering service or from the food court or from the nurses' station — they would say, did you say this, and my getting the remedy for it made me very, very happy. I came for cervical pain and back pain, and with that the pain has reduced very much. Another small service is the cleaners, and the water facilities; they did all of it attentively. They did it asking again and again. I liked the health service very much. For the 1 week they had been giving me good treatment for the cervical and the back pain I mentioned. Then suddenly, when a therapist saw me during this Thailadhara therapy, she was the one who identified it. Under the arms, under the thighs, I had small problems as well. When she touched it, it was painful, and she analysed that for me and at oncetold sir about the treatment for it, and they started the treatment for it. Now, in 1 week, I have fully recovered in the cervical. A little bit, about 5%, may perhaps remain for me. It was a patient who had already come here, a relation of ours, who suggested it to me.
