Aathilakshmi

Hi, my name is Ashwini. We came here for my grandmother, for her treatment. My grandmother's name is Aathilakshmi. My daddy works here at Madurai Airport. Having come to know about AVN Hospital there, we came here for treatment. It has been 12 days since we came here for treatment. Here Sridevi ma'am was the one who consulted for my grandmother. When she came she had so much back pain and neck pain. Now it is almost all right. It is about 80% all right. She can walk. She had been walking so bent over. Now she has begun to walk a little straighter. Here, in this Covid time, they keep everyone with so much care and so much security. Even when we were admitted they took a Covid test for us and said, while you are here you must not go out and nobody must come from outside to visit, and admitted us with that much care. They even had the food come from outside. There is that much security for us. Covid, Covid time, I mention specially. Otherwise, if you look at the security, it is so good. There is so much security that you could sleep with the door open without fear. If you look at the cleanliness, they come daily and clean. They change the bedsheets and everything. They clean the bathroom daily. Just as we would keep our own home clean, they keep it clean enough that there is not the slightest hesitation. And if you look at the food, it is very good. For grandmother they give the diet, saying it is a restricted diet here. I order and eat what I like. That was good too. Everyone else handled it superbly. They come daily and bring the food at the time asked. Whenever you ask for anything they come and do it. If you make any small call they respond at once. So overall, I had a good experience here. I am just eighteen. This is the first time I have stayed like this, with my grandmother. It was a superb, superb experience. Sridevi ma'am was consulting for grandmother. Alongwith Sridevi ma'am, two more assistant doctors came and consulted. Daily in the morning, by about 10 to 11, the doctor would come daily and ask how far it had improved today, whether there were any difficulties, and consult on whether any extra treatment could be done for that, and did it accordingly, daily. If you look at what is special in Ayurveda, daily in the morning and evening, in two sessions, they would take grandmother to a separate room and do the oil massage and many treatments of that kind for her. So grandmother would come out of the treatment room daily and say, today I feel a little freer. So to that extent she was nicely comfortable. Not only the doctors but the therapists too would take grandmother along, and after finishing the treatment, saying she was oily, they would bathe her so beautifully and bring her back and look after her with care.
