Born into an Ayurvedic family, as the son of Dr. P. V. Raghava Varier, Dr. Ramesh R Varier passed out as the first rank holder from Madras University. After a brief stint as tutor at Ayurveda College, Coimbatore, Dr.Ramesh joined AVN the family run Ayurvedic institution. Dr.Ramesh, brings with him a rich experience spanning over 25 years of successful Ayurvedic clinical practice. Keenly interested in integrating modern scientific principles with traditional Ayurvedic concepts, and in an integrated approach to Healthcare, Dr. Ramesh has been highly successful in establishing comprehensive healthcare solutions for a variety of chronic diseases.

Dr. Sridevi Rajeev Warrier, a first-rank-holder from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, during her B.A.M.S, has a rich experience of more than 21 years of committed Ayurvedic clinical practice, heading and managing Ayurvedic clinics and treatment centers at Madurai & Mumbai. She has written a number of articles on several topics with a focus on developing a holistic outlook on health as described in Ayurveda and changes to be brought about in today’s lifestyle for a healthy living. She underwent practical training in modern Gynaecology and has also undergone training in Nutrition and Dietetics as well. She specialises in the treatment of children with developmental disorders along with a team comprising of a Developmental Paediatrician, occupational therapists, Neuro-developmental therapists and speech therapists. She also specialises in providing effective Ayurvedic treatment for Women's health and fertility problems.

Born in a family of Ayurvedic Physicians, Dr. Biju cvompleted his B.A.M.S., from Ayurveda College Coimbatore. After a brief period of private practice, Dr.Biju joined a postgraduate program at Ayurveda College, Koppa where he was also teaching. After completing his M.D. in Ayurveda he Joined the AVN Group and has been in charge of the hospital since then. He has been responsible for setting up and operating the Integrated Neurology Clinic at the AVN Arogya Hospital. Working alongside Dr. Sakthivel a senior Neurologist for the past over 7 years, Dr. Biju offers effective solutions for patients with several Neurological Diseases integrating Ayurveda with modern Diagnostics and therapeutics.

Dr.Rajeev is the son of Arya Vaidyan P.Govinda Varier, an expert in the manufacturing of Ayurvedic formulations. After successfully completing his B.A.M.S. Course from Ayurveda college Coimbatore in the year 1987, he joined as a medical officer with a community health project funded by WHO. Later joined the Bombay Keraleeya Samajam as Ayurvedic physician and was in charge of their prestigious branch in Matunga. After his wedding to Dr.Sridevi he joined the family organisation and established the group’s clinic cum treatment centre at Andheri, Mumbai.

Arya Vaidyan P V Raghava Varier brings with him a rich and vast experience of more than 55 years of glorious Ayurvedic clinical practice. Passing out as the first rank holder from the Arya Vaidya Patashala at Kottakkal, Arya Vaidyan P V Raghava Varier started his long and fruitful career at Chennai. Before taking up the reigns of AVN, he rendered his services as an Ayurvedic practitioner in New Delhi, where he also had the opportunity to be the health consultant to several former Presidents of India. Having an encyclopedic knowledge on Ayurveda, he has won several thesis competitions on different topics in Ayurveda. A religiously inclined person, Arya Vaidyan Raghava Varier has been successfully adopting a holistic approach in Ayurvedic practice.
